I must admit that I have hardly seen such an attractive and bright poster. Bravo, Knight! Looks really great.

James, do you have this item in your collection?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/RARE-ORIGINAL-F ... 35cf88ad2d

The same seller has a similar booklet to The Naked Jungle as well.

Yes, Thorn. I have three copies of the French SECRET OF THE INCAS and one copy of THE NAKED JUNGLE.

Nicole Maurey gave me her own personal copy as well.

A while back our pal Judah translated the whole French text into English for me on the SOTI board, which was very good of him.

I have come to the conclusion that SECRET OF THE INCAS will never be released onto dvd. I have written to Paramount concerning this but never received a reply. So it remains a mystery ... its a shame because, with the right promotional expertise, this Heston mini-classic could be a huge earner for them.

I think you're right - as you say, with the right promo materials...
Take this attempt at a new style poster, for example; this looks real attractive and even epic-style in terms of film:

A great work of art, spoilt only by Heston wearing that shirt in the publicity still. Why on earth did the great stills photographer Bud Fraker allow Heston to wear that white shirt in a few publicity stills?
Those Heston-in-a-shirt stills don't look like anything from the movie, so why do it?

I googled SECRET OF THE INCAS items on Ebay and this doesn't show up, Krank!

Has it been sold already?

If its still available, and it isn't too pricey, get it for me will you, and I'll reimburse you at work.
