He will do very well as Nick Furry. Can't we make him a bit younger than 'Gray Lady Down'?

I think Nick Fury is supposed to be a little older than the rest of the Avengers.

Yes, Thorn is correct. Some backstory on the original Nick Fury character: he began as a combat soldier/war hero during World War 2, when he was in his mid-twenties, maybe late twenties. This was detailed in the long-running Marvel comic book, Sgt. Fury and his Howling Commandos. He was later depicted briefly as a CIA agent in the early 1960s. Therefore, by the time he became a SHIELD agent in the mid-1960s, he was in his mid-forties or late forties. By the time of the early 1970s - the point at which Heston would have portrayed the character, Fury was a 50-year old man. He just happened to be a very tough guy for a 50-year old, but the writer-artists of the Marvel Comics drew him with the whitened sideburns (or graying at the temples) to make sure that the readers understood that this was not a young man.

So, ideally, we can make Heston as Fury a little earlier, maybe in 1975 or even 1973 (the same point as Soylent Green), but not much earlier; Fury was even drawn as unshaven during many of his appearances, which would fit the look of Heston in the late seventies even more.

The Soylent Green look-- I mean, the overall appearance, of Chuck seems perfect . The Nick Fury costume would suit well with Thorn's shabbiness, his rough and don't-care attitude. But shaving is not allowed. Anyway, Thorn does not get much water to shave at leisure, isn't it?
