J. Arthur Krank

What a fabulous poster - even though its from a pre-filming costume photo test. That lady who appears to be removing the hairs on Heston's chest with her teeth is actually a Hollywood model. Nicole Maurey had not even been given the role of Elena yet.

P.S. I have sent you a private message, Krank.

And Chuck is not put into his Harry costume yet. The scene at first impression looks like more Ezyptian than Peruvian.

Here's a site that reproduces the posters for most of Heston's films,
in chronological order: http://100yearsofmovieposters.blogspot. ... -1980.html

Some of the posters are unusual or not that well known, appropriate to this thread.
If you click on a poster there, it should give you a larger version.
Here is just the beginning of the pics there:

 This should be quite interesting for any Heston fan, just going through all the posters.

btw, Thorn, this site might be a good source to replace some of the posters in the first posts of several films in the Heston Forums,
where the links are no longer working. For example, this one here:

And check out this alternate:

Here's another one - very good - ideal as a replacement for the non-functioning one:

I point this out because you have one site from where you can grab all these great posters to
replace all the ones that are no longer showing on the various threads on Heston's films.

I can't stand this ludicrous Italian poster for SECRET OF THE INCAS. http://ftv01.stbm.it/imgbank/GALLERYXL/SE/00937002.JPG

Oh, it was the one that disappeared from the SOTI thread.

Yes, Judah, J. Arthur Krank deleted a few when we had our big disagreement.

Considering the movie it is trying to depict, that is a pretty terrible poster :harrysteele:

I have roughly 15 different SECRET OF THE INCAS Italian posters and only about six bear any relation to the movie.
