Isn't it Chris Matthews who said of Heston "He's not Moses, he's the Devil!"? The clip can be seen in this NRA tribute: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0297_ha8zXE

I looked at it and it looked to me like it was another liberal pundit named Bob Beckel. It was a very brief shot but that's who it looked like, also probably from about 15 or more years ago. The irony there, though, is that Beckel has become more moderate with age; he has been a member of "THE FIVE" show on Fox for the past few years (until he had back surgery last month), and last time Heston was discussed on the show, Beckel joined in to praise him for his long ago civil rights involvement (remember when Jim Carrey attacked Heston in his own idiotic video? - Heston was back in the news back then briefly). Matthews, on the other hand, has become more extreme and manic in the past few years. That's why I was surprised at the tone in the interview I just posted; back in 1996, Matthews seemed much more reasonable and polite in his interviewing. Nowadays, he barely lets anyone speak in his interviews.
