Here's a personal attempt at the Michelangelo film... I snapped this photo by chance, it looked a bit unusual to me:

Nice photography. How does that shadow comes in front of Chuck? Looks mystical.

Here are some posters of THE SAVAGE, all containing good painting.

Yes, that's one of the reasons I posted it, because it looks unusual; it was one of those happy accidents - I think the photo was taken in the middle of a transition, as one scene faded to another. It could be regarded as the shadow of the Pope or it could be more mystical, as something greater.

A trio of interesting foreign posters for TOUCH OF EVIL:

Uh, is that... Cary Grant on the first poster?

To me, he looks more like Gene Barry - but he's nothing like Heston though!

I guess my calling it a "surreal version of Heston" was being too kind. :D

Come to think of it, it doesn't look much like Heston in the 3rd poster either - the hair is wrong for one thing - more like a generic version of a noir hero...

There are many posters in which actors don't look like what they are. Here are more examples from MAJOR DUNDEE and ANTONY AND CLEOPATRA --

Heston almost looks like the stereotype of a Chinese man in the US during the 60's on the Major Dundee poster.

I couldn't help but notice something in the two posters below (only small versions available),
of The Far Horizons, especially on the 2nd one - a Belgian poster - where-in Heston's name
is prominently featured in larger type above the other stars:

In all other posters that I've seen of this film until now, Fred MacMurray, being the elder, more seasoned star at the time,
was always credited first. I can only guess as to why this was changed around in Chuck's favor on these, such as maybe
this was after The Ten Commandments, when Chuck became a bigger star (The Far Horizons might have been in
release later in other countries) or that Chuck was considered a bigger star in other countries like Belgium.
